Remarks: Two of four sides border NATIONAL FOREST. Mostly steep but SW corner is fairly level. Good for a get-away cabin sites. FS rd not maintained. Big game area. Lots of trees. No HOA or COVENANTS. Low taxes. No power; off grid. Good southern exposure. Have no idea about availability of potential well water or not if you drilled. A draw in the middle of the property looks like it could have some water in it. Several different building site potentials. Two in SW corner, where my sign is, and one in NE corner and one basically in the middle. This claim is named SILENT FRIEND. Snomobiling, ATV riding, hiking, horseback riding, hunting to berry picking. All from your doorstep! No legal access via the FS road( there are a dozen other properties up here with same no legal access and many are built on). No perk test done here but I would think it would be no problem but I don't know that for sure. Others driving through this property to their property. Public can also drive theses roads.
